Received excellent service for first time walk in visit. Extremely impressed with the techs professionalism, attention to detail and pleasant positive attitude! Been going to another local shop since 04' with occasional travel to a shop near DC for extras and painted designs however now excited to be a new customer!
So I went to Love nail to get my nail done, and I will not be going back. I got it done by Cindy and it felt like a beginner was doing my nails. I ask for something simple, but she said “we didn’t have the color (but yet they have every color possible there).” So I said “ok, we can do something different,” yet it was still simply. Overall, do not get your nail by Cindy, she need to go back to nail tech school to do better!!!!
Never had my nails chip this fast even when I do it my self. Me and my friend went here and both our nails were chipping off chunks the very next day. Pictures are 2 days later. I haven't done anything using my hands to where I could understand them chipping so I'm disappointed. The inside of the shop was clean and nice interior design. The employees rush you to a seat you. Seem like they just want you in and out . Prices aren't bad though but you get for what you pay for. They do offer a water machine with cups and cookies. Fast service. I went back and they fixed my nails for free so I gave them extra star.
First time trying here, and I loved my experience and my nails! Cindy did my ombré set while Crystal did my gel toes. Both were great, but really loved how I was able to just show Cindy a picture and she copied it to a T, in her own artistic twist. Definitely recommend! I’m glad I found a nail salon near me that I love- will be coming back!
They did a great job on my nails and are even a little cheaper than the other salon i went to. I recommend getting gel nails if you're a working girl like me. Just like every place you go they charge a little extra for nail shape or anything extra. However i find their prices to be better than other local places and their skills much better. The only complaint i can have is they get pretty busy and the wait can be long. Next time i will make an appointment for sure.
First time going here to get my nails done and they turned out ok. I wish she would of filled the bottoms a little better but other then that I like them and love the color. Went with my friend and the lady she had gotten she made 2 of her nails crooked and its very noticeable but I love the design she did on her's. I would maybe go back and see how someone else does. Very clean, prices were good and friendly staff!!
Got my first pedicure. Got the highest package of $54. The lady really put her work in. The have reclining massage chairs in that station as well.
I received a manicure and pedicure. Both techs were meticulous about their work and the product showed. It was my second time getting dip powder nails. This time I went for the French ombre. I loved it! Definitely recommend this place. Added bonus with being 10 mind from the airport.
